- On Temple Anniversary Day (Shravana Bahula Panchami): Special poojas during morning and evening, Saraswathi Pooja and Aksharabhyasams, Pallaki Seva at 19.00 hours.
Shirdi Sai Mandir — On Special Days
- On Thursday: Annaprasadam (అన్నప్రసాదం) after Madhyanam Aarathi; Kagad Aarathi at 22.00 hours.
- Annaprasadam (అన్నప్రసాదం) to attendants of patients in ID Hospital, Gorantla.
- On Saturday: Annaprasadam (అన్నప్రసాదం) to attendants of patients in ID Hospital, Gorantla.
- On Temple Anniversary Day (7 February every year):
- Blankets distribution to orphans (అనాథలు).
- Panchamrutha Abhishekam (అభిషేకం) at 06.15 hours.
- Distribution of fruits and blankets to patients at 11.00 hours.
- Annaprasadam (large scale) from 12.00 hours.
- Pallaki Utsav after Sandhya Aarathi on Gurupoornima (గురు పౌర్ణమి) day; Sai Vratam at 10.30 hours.

Annaprasada Scheme
Every Thursday the ‘Annaprasada Scheme’ will be organised in the temple, as well as in the Fever Hospital on 2 days (Thursday and Saturday) for needy people.

- Donation for one opted day in a year is ₹15,116/-.

Social Activities
Every year 3 cash incentives are given to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd students studying X class in 3 Government High Schools, as an encouragement for moving them to higher studies. Willing devotees can participate in the programme and may send their donations to the bank account (Union Bank, Gorantla Branch, A/C No. 069610011008966, IFSC Code: UBIN0806960).
As on date the society is undertaking 19 students of different ages/classes (1st class to engineering) in different colleges by providing food, shelter, fee, transport & other amenities. Every year 5–6 students are being added (exclusively orphans) and children of the society staff. A procedure is being adopted by this trust such as any student can be adopted by any one of the donor by paying ₹20,000/- per year (Union Bank, Gorantla Branch, A/C No. 069610011008966, IFSC Code: UBIN0806960).
